So the most simple explanation? Minecraft and insurgency were always either poorly optimized for pc gaming OOOORRR. Well lets go with a much simpler explanation because minecraft uses mostly javascript language lets just say it uses more processing power rather than gpu power which is why the gpu usage is incredibly low cause the graphics are meh.
While playingWitcher 3 I'm able to get about 88 percent cpu usage and 95-100 percent gpu usage and get a solid 65 fps on 900p all ultra.I'm really pissed off as games like minecraft and insurgency shouldn't be that hard to run on my rig but due to low cpu usage I get poor frame rates.To summarise my pic is getting low cpu usage in lower end games eg minecraft making me lose out on performance and sometimes getting 30 fps in insurgency and sometimes 40 fps in minecraftI thank anyone for helping me.
